The Challenge

Development of complete logistical back-of-house plan for hospitality services, multiple parcs (Parc Roybon, Eemhof, Parc Les Trois Forrets – Moselle)

The Solution

At project start it was layed down which provisions or concepts were deemed essential, and it was determined what would be sold and how, taking into account available hours and space. Culinair Rendement was in charge of developing the overall plan for back- and front office including commodity flows, kitchen and bar divisions and any accompanying equipment.
