Guiding formulas is an important yet tricky issue for organisations with multiple independent or franchise outlets. There are always locations that don’t perform as well as planned due to a variety of internal and external factors. Tackling these outlets is often a (politically) sensitive process, not least because of resistance from the person with overall responsibility on site. As an external party, it is easier for me to bring up issues in discussions with the entrepreneur or franchiser. Based on the discussions with the parties involved, the findings from the head office or owner, my personal observations and the statistical analysis, we arrive at summary of the most important sore points. If desired I can work in the outlet myself for a period of time in order to implement the renewed work processes and guide the team or responsible person on site.
