The Solution

Culinair Rendement was partly responsible for developing the layouts for the back and front offices with the corresponding goods flow, kitchen and bar designs and the corresponding list of equipment per concept. We also provided support to the purchasing department during the tendering phase of the project for the kitchen equipment.
