At the end of 2009 I finally took the plunge and, after more than 30 years of work experience, I started my own business. I apply my years of practical experience, initially as a chef and later as a concept developer, to advise you on how to get higher returns from your professional kitchen, formula or culinary concept. I combine cost-awareness, logistics know-how and culinary passion with my practical nature; leading to a solution-oriented approach with demonstrable results.
